It is truly wonderful to be able to witness changes of the seasons and record them for posterity. As much as I don't like the fact that summer is over, when it happens, I always find an enormous pleasure in watching the world change from green to golds and reds and yellows. It happens early in our neck of the woods. One can see those changes happening a good month ahead of calendar, and this year, due to the drought, I think, it all was happening much faster. We have managed to visit Elk Island a few times, during this change and were given a beautiful sunset or two, while at it, and today, I would like to share some images from those trips.
